Water Reclamation Systems
Storm and water runoff reclamation and treatment
system use cleaning and disinfection processes to remove bacteria,
pathogens and pesticides by breaking down and filtering out contaminants,
along with the recovery of fertilizers for reuse.
Ozonated Water Reclamation System Information
Generally, systems are built with operating ranges from 25 gpm and
up, with computer controlled monitoring, most common options being
pH, ORP, Nitrates, VOC, BOD, and Chlorine levels. Additional monitoring
optionscan be added as required.
Systems are self-contained on a skid, of varying size
and ready for immediate hook-up. The complete system utilizes ultraviolet
radiation, ozone and a configuration of pumps and filters with a
series of tanks for capture, settling and storage. The processed
water and recovered fertilizers are then ready to be reintroduced
into the system for reuse.
Cost savings show when using an Ozonated Water Reclamation
System (OWRS), an average facility utilizing a 100 GPM system could
pay for it self within eight months. The process is environmentally
safe, economically sound and highly effective.

Sample OWRS Cost Savings
Engineered OWRS' create an estimated annual savings in water, fertilizer
and pesticides of 58%. The charts below represent estimates for
the different gallon per minute (GPM) systems, the users actual
savings vary depending on length and amount of irrigation.
