Advanced Laundry Oxidation Systems from ClearWater Tech use the power of ozone (O3) and oxygen (O2) to save money and improve laundry quality. EcoTex™ is designed to simultaneously support as many as two (2) commercial washers, up to 200 lbs. each. But most importantly it enables laundry professionals to replace expensive multi-step wash programs, based on heavy use of chemicals and hot water, with simpler, more elegant cold-water programs that use the power of ozone for disinfection and detergent activation.

ClearWater’s EcoTex™ technology has been proven through years of operation in over 1,500 installations worldwide - more than all other ozone manufacturers combined. It is this proven ability to deliver savings and laundry quality, year after year, which distinguishes ClearWater Tech.

Costs and Maintenance
Maintaining an EcoTex™ system is straightforward and will ensure a very long economic life. Air filters must be kept clean to allow for unimpeded airflow and cooling. The oxygen concentrator uses a compressor with a recommended service interval of 8,000-12,000 hours of operation. If the system operates 10-12 hours a day, every day, the compressor service should occur every two years.

The ozone generator creates ozone in a specially designed - reaction chamber” that must be kept clean for proper operation. Typically, the reaction chamber should be removed and cleaned every 1-2 years depending on the hours of operation.

3 - EcoTex™ Mini-Diffuser

Ozone and oxygen are continuously injected directly into the washer sump throughout the
operation of each programmed step in the wash cycle. A proprietary, mini diffuser is installed
in the washer and connected to the ozone generator via a Teflon® delivery line.
